Description & Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for graduate engineering training scheme and related activities to ensure successful progress and development of graduate trainees;
  • Liaise with professional bodies on training schemes related matters;
  • Lead project management of different learning programs and change initiatives;
  • Manage Gammon Academy curriculum and design learning path to strengthen technical skills, personal effectiveness and leadership capabilities;
  • Identify and mobilize internal trainers and resources to deliver high-quality programs effectively;
  • Embrace eLearning and contribute to the curation of program to enhance user experience and engagement;
  • Proactively review and update learning policies and procedures, providing timely recommendations to life-long learning;
  • Support career development, culture change initiatives, HR system enhancements and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
  • At least 5-8 years’ experience in Human resources gained in a large or multi-discipline organisation with a minimum of 2 years in learning program delivery;
  • Passionate in empowering young talents in their career development;
  • Mature, proactive, and demonstrates independent problem solving skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
