Responsible for graduate engineering training scheme and related activities to ensure successful progress and development of graduate trainees;
Liaise with professional bodies on training schemes related matters;
Lead project management of different learning programs and change initiatives;
Manage Gammon Academy curriculum and design learning path to strengthen technical skills, personal effectiveness and leadership capabilities;
Identify and mobilize internal trainers and resources to deliver high-quality programs effectively;
Embrace eLearning and contribute to the curation of program to enhance user experience and engagement;
Proactively review and update learning policies and procedures, providing timely recommendations to life-long learning;
Support career development, culture change initiatives, HR system enhancements and other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
At least 5-8 years’ experience in Human resources gained in a large or multi-discipline organisation with a minimum of 2 years in learning program delivery;
Passionate in empowering young talents in their career development;
Mature, proactive, and demonstrates independent problem solving skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
